Last week Gifted Travel Network (GTN) celebrated its third year by hosting the Second Annual GTN Conference in Charlotte, NC with over 40 agents and 30 supplier partners in attendance.
During the two-day conference, GTN president and co-founder, Meredith Hill challenged attendees to “stretch your expectations of what’s possible for your travel business.”
Attendees had the opportunity to learn about various marketing and booking tools at their disposal, including resources provided by Gifted Travel Network, TRAVELSAVERS and supplier partners.
Agents networked one-on-one with suppliers during round robin sessions to learn details from each supplier on how to create the perfect travel experience for their clients.
GTN also announced its first Advisory Committee during the conference. The Advisory Committee will help GTN’s executive team to deepen the collaborative spirit within the community of business-minded agents and stay focused on the needs of GTN members. Advisory Committee members include: Kim Everett of Distinct Vacation Escapes, Sandy Lipkowitz of We Make Travel Easy, Tammy Murphy of VIP Travel Experience, Joan Qualls of Tasteful Voyages, John Rees of J5Travel, Kara Robinson of Elite Travel Designs and Lisa Rossmeissl of Boomerang Escapes.
