G Adventures is kicking off the new year with a bang and encouraging travelers to make 2021 a travel year to remember with the launch of The Great Adventure Sale.
With savings up to 30%, $1 upfront deposits and 21% off My Own Room options, The Great Adventure Sale will include more than 450 tour options across the small group adventure operator’s 18-to-Thirtysomethings, Active, Classic, Family, Local Living, Marine, Rail and Wellness travel styles.
Running until 11:59pm EST on January 31, 2021, the discounts are available on tours departing between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022.
Featuring once-in-a-lifetime trips to the Arctic aboard the G Expedition, sailing adventures in St. Lucia and Greece, active trips in Costa Rica and epic hikes in Peru and Patagonia, The Great Adventure Sale offers a slice of adventure to suit every traveler.
With flexibility top of mind, and recognizing that plans sometimes have to change, all bookings made during The Great Adventure Sale benefit from G Adventures’ flexible Book with Confidence Policy, which allows travelers to cancel and rebook their trip up to 30 days before departure. With some travelers feeling more comfortable with private accommodation options as they venture out into the world again, The Great Adventure Sale offers a 21% discount on the ‘My Own Room’ option for those wanting their own space. Additionally, all G Adventures trips now feature heightened health and safety measures as part of the new Travel with Confidence Policy, and a number of trips featured in the sale are included within the Travel with Confidence Plus Collection, which offers added steps to promote physical distancing.
Ben Perlo, managing director US, G Adventures, says recent sales show there is pent-up demand amongst travellers and The Great Adventure Sale presents agents with an opportunity to capture bookings while travellers are keen to lock in their next holiday.
“As we reach the end of the year, travelers are increasingly starting to think about their 2021 holidays. Our recent Cyber Sale saw a 360% increase in new bookings from US travelers. This shows there is going to be strong demand in the market for adventure travel in the coming six months and The Great Adventure Sale gives agents who missed out during Cyber Sale the opportunity to capture a slice of the pie.
“We’ve also introduced a number of policies to help agents reassure travelers and to offer maximum flexibility during these changeable times. Agents can help travelers feel confident booking their next trip, with the reassurance and peace of mind that they can change the date should they need to further down the line,” Young said.
