G Adventures announces US staff promotions

Strong first quarter sales spur growth and optimism

Following a strong start to 2023, including the highest-selling January in the history of the company, G Adventures is thrilled to announce two strategic staff promotions designed to continue the momentum and lift the business to new heights.

On the heels of Ben Perlo’s promotion to President and CEO of G Adventures which was announced in January, Steve Lima has been promoted to VP of Growth for the US and Latin America, a data-driven role where he will utilize G Adventures outside sales team (aka GPSs), the company’s top tier products, and marketing operations to maximize growth opportunities. This is a brand new role for the company.

In addition, Jeremy Brady will take on the role of Director of Sales for the US and Latin America, overseeing G Adventures’ sales team and trade partner relationships.

“If you work with G Adventures, you know we believe that travel can be a force for good. We’re more than just an adventure operator, we are a social enterprise in the business of changing lives through travel,” said Lima. “In this new role I’ll be working to broaden and optimize G’s revenue channels, lift retention among advisors and clients, while increasing engagement across our community.  My objective is simple – grow the US business so we can change more lives through travel.”

Lima and Brady will work together with consortia, agency partners, host agencies and independent advisors to increase their sales production and repeat traveler rates. One of their top priorities will be building new programs and incentives in an effort to increase familiarity of G Adventures’ overall positioning and product, thereby increasing their sales.

On his promotion to Director of Sales, Jeremy Brady says, “I am thrilled to be leading an incredible sales team at this crucial moment in the travel industry. In the coming months, we’ll be adding resources and tools for advisors, as well as increasing the support that we offer them. Because after all, our advisors (or Agents of Change as we call them) are the heart and soul of our business.”
