Enhanced Agency BI Tool Expands ARC’s Data Analytics Platform
LEESBURG, Va. – Oct. 3, 2019 – Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) announced today it has incorporated the latest version of Agency BI onto its new data analytics platform introduced in July. Similar to Airline BI, the enhanced Agency BI is built on ARC’s cloud-based architecture allowing users to process larger volumes of critical data faster. The announcement was made during ARC TravelConnect, the company’s annual industry conference, taking place through Oct. 4 at the Lansdowne Resort and Spa in Leesburg, Virginia.
Agency BI provides travel agencies with a consolidated view of their airline ticketing data and the ability to benchmark against other like-agencies to compare and measure performance. The product also assists agencies in preparing for and communicating the value they bring to airlines and supports on-going management by measuring goals set by suppliers.
The enhanced Agency BI brings the following new features:
