DWHSA News – Liz Scull Named General Manager in Canada

The Former Ensemble Travel Manager Will Work With
DWHSA’s Canadian Advisors and Recruit New Members

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 29 – Liz Scull will now serve as the general manager in Canada for the Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialists Association (DWHSA).

She will build DWHSA’s membership in Canada and offer romance travel training programs for Canadian travel advisors.

Currently, 15 percent of the association’s members reside and work in Canada.

Liz began her career in the Canadian travel industry working in the product and marketing departments at various tour operators. She moved to Ensemble Travel Group as marketing manager in 2010 and grew its DestinationVows program by adding dedicated training options, marketing tools, a destination wedding magazine, exclusive wedding shows, and conferences for Ensemble members. At the same time, she became managing editor and creative director of “Vacations” (Ensemble’s premier travel magazine). She works now as a travel advisor herself (based in Toronto) with Romantic Planet Vacations.

“We’re pleased that Liz has joined DWHSA as our general manager in Canada,” DWHSA President Lisa Sheldon said. “We now have a dedicated professional providing training, marketing tools, and support exclusively for DWHSA’s Canadian members.”
