Dreams® Resorts & Spas Elevates Dining with New Kid-Friendly Options

 

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (February 14, 2022) – Dreams^® Resorts & Spas by AMR^™ Collection – a luxury, family-friendly resort brand with 27 resorts across multiple beachfront destinations – launches today an elevated, kid-friendly culinary offering created in collaboration with popular young chef Eitan Bernath. Three new, globally inspired dishes for children are available now at select resorts to make mealtimes memorable and inspire families to dream big on their next vacation.

 

The new “Foodie Explorers” rotating menu series will be available until May 31, 2022, at Dreams^® Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams^® Natura Resort & Spa and Dreams^® Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa in Mexico, and include:

 

• Sunny Day Parfait: Coconut mango parfait with Yucatan honeycomb candy
• Cuckoo Coconut Fish Fingers: Coconut fish fingers with tamarind dipping sauce
• Cheesy Crispy Rice Dippers: Elote arancini nuggets with creamy dipping sauce

Eitan Bernath, the principal culinary contributor on The Drew Barrymore Show, created the dishes for younger generations to complement the existing food and beverage program. Since beginning to cook at the age of seven, Bernath has built a loyal following of nearly seven million social media followers while capturing the hearts of aspiring foodies with his signature and entertaining delivery.

 

In January, Bernath and his family traveled to Dreams^® Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort for some R&R time while enjoying Dream Big perks and Unlimited-Luxury^® inclusions.
