Cambon Partners Strengthens Travel & Hospitality Practice with Real Estate Expertise
Paris, France, 11 March 2026 – Cambon Partners, an independent investment bank specializing in growth companies, is expanding its Travel & Hospitality practice with the appointments of Eliott Tischker as Managing Director and Théotime Weil as Associate. The move brings deep real estate and hospitality expertise to a practice long led by Morgann Lesné, complementing Cambon Partners’ strong technological and entrepreneurial focus.
Eliott Tischker has over 15 years of experience in hospitality and leisure real estate, having advised on or invested in nearly €1 billion worth of deals. He began his career in investment banking at Aforge Finance (now Degroof Petercam) before founding a B2B catering venture. He later joined Atream, managing hotel and leisure investments across their full lifecycle, and most recently developed KPMG Corporate Finance’s Real Estate & Hospitality practice, supporting investors and operators in acquisitions, divestments, and strategic restructuring.
Théotime Weil joins as Associate to support Cambon Partners’ growing Travel & Hospitality team, bringing expertise in investment advisory and operational strategy. Together, their arrival allows Cambon Partners to approach complex deals that combine technology, operations, and real asset valuation.
David Salabi, Founder of Cambon Partners, says: “Expanding our Travel & Hospitality practice aligns with our strategy: delivering sector-specific advice through experienced, entrepreneurial teams. Integrating real estate expertise allows us to cover the entire value chain of the industry.”
Morgann Lesné, Partner in charge of the Travel & Hospitality practice, adds: “This expansion strengthens our unique offering at the crossroads of technology, real estate, and hospitality, supporting entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, and institutional investors.”
Eliott Tischker, Managing Director of the Travel & Hospitality practice, comments: “Joining Cambon Partners was a natural choice. We share the ambition to build a market-leading consulting practice in hospitality, addressing all aspects of the sector – from technology and operations to real estate. With the industry evolving rapidly, operators and investors need partners who understand the full value chain.”
The firm covers all segments of the hospitality sector: hotels, serviced apartments, student residences, tourist accommodations, vacation rental platforms, campsites and glamping, senior residences, co-living, co-working, hostels, and integrated hospitality platforms. The addition of dedicated real estate expertise enables Cambon Partners to offer a holistic approach to clients navigating increasingly complex transactions.
Founded in 2003, Cambon Partners has successfully conducted more than 520 transactions from its offices in Paris, London and Madrid. Cambon Partners provides growth companies with comprehensive advisory services for Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory.
