Bruce Poon Tip to host Unlearn: Live, an online event for agency partners

Author, entrepreneur and philanthropist Bruce Poon Tip, founder of G Adventures, is inviting US agency partners to join him online for Unlearn: Live, a virtual event and inspirational Q&A session addressing the future of the travel industry post-pandemic.

Unlearn: Live will be a hosted session where Bruce will freely answer questions sent in by travel agents in advance, as well as via a live Q&A function on the day. He’ll be addressing topics such as when and where he sees travel opening up first, what new protocols for health and safety might look like, as well as the changed psychology of the post-pandemic traveller.

During this one-hour session, Bruce will also inspire and educate agents about what the future of travel could and should look like, a topic he recently wrote about in his new instabook, Unlearn: The Year the Earth Stood Still.

Bruce says the instabook is designed to ‘capture a moment in time’. Through the course of the book he reveals how this crisis unfolded for him personally, and looks at the current state of the travel industry with regards to home-sharing, climate change, ‘flight-shaming’, overtourism, and the proliferation of mass-market holiday options.

Unlearn: The Year the Earth Stood Still is now available free on Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, or at www.unlearn.travel.
