Barceló Hotel Group Recognized at 2019 World Travel Awards

THE 2019 WORLD TRAVEL AWARDS NAMES BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP AS MEXICO AND CENTRAL AMERICA’S BEST HOTEL CHAIN

 

 

MIAMI (July 15, 2019) – Following Barceló Hotel Group’s recent success in Europe’s World Travel Awards (WTA), the hotel chain has once again been recognized by the “Oscars of Tourism” — the prestigious World Travel Awards — during an awards gala that took place on Saturday, July 13 in La Paz, Bolivia.

 

Barceló Hotel Group’s wide and diversified hotel offering in Latin and Central America, combined with its commitment to provide the utmost quality for guests, has made the hotel chain the WTA’s “Best Hotel Brand of Mexico and Central America 2019.” The Spanish hotel group boasts 39 hotels and almost 16,000 rooms distributed throughout nine different countries in Latin and Central America.

 

In addition, the gala event in La Paz delivered several pleasant surprises for the group. Four of its properties were chosen among the best hotels/resorts in Latin America and Central America:
