Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort Closes DATE 2019

MIAMI (March 13, 2019) – Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort, located along a stretch of gorgeous Punta Cana coastline, will host the grand finale of The Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange (DATE 2019) on March 27, 2019. Organized by hotel and tourism association of the Dominican Republic ASONAHORES (National Association of Hotels and Tourism), this iconic tourism event gathers over 500 suppliers of the Dominican Republic tourism product, including the country’s largest national and international hotel chains, as well as several airlines, tour operators and travel agents.

With more than 1000 guests expected to attend, DATE’s closing event takes place on Wednesday March 27th, 2019 at 7:30 PM in Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort’s Gran Salón Bávaro. Located within Barceló Bávaro Convention Center, the expansive Gran Salón Bávaro is composed of various extendable rooms which can be used to host special events such as meetings, major international conferences, gala dinners, car exhibitions, gatherings, parties and themed events.
