ARC Takes Equity Position in Traxo

ARC Executive VP and COO, Lauri Reishus, to Join Traxo Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, Va. – Nov. 19, 2019 Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) announced today that it has made an equity investment in Dallas-based Traxo, Inc., the leader in corporate travel data capture and itinerary intelligence. The investment builds on ARC’s commercial partnership with Traxo announced last month and will support Traxo’s continued growth and new products.

ARC President and CEO Mike Premo commented, “ARC is dedicated to providing omnichannel retailing solutions that help airlines, travel agencies, travel management companies (TMCs) and corporations do business together. Traxo provides travel managers and TMCs with much-needed visibility into the direct distribution channel, enabling them to provide better duty of care for their business travelers.

“ARC’s equity position in Traxo highlights our commitment to improving corporate travel in every channel; we’re confident about Traxo’s continued growth and the positive impact they will have on the travel industry.”

Traxo also announced today the appointment of ARC Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lauri Reishus to the Traxo Board of Directors. “I look forward to working more closely with Traxo, as there are already a number of synergies between our two companies,” said Reishus. “We see Traxo as a strong investment because their solution fills a pressing need in the corporate travel space, and their focus on unlocking the data silos that drive inefficiencies in corporate travel management aligns seamlessly with ARC’s omnichannel retailing efforts.”

Traxo Founder and CEO Andres Fabris said, “With their decades-long relationships with airlines, travel agencies and TMCs, coupled with its unprecedented access to the world’s most comprehensive airline ticket transaction data, ARC has unparalleled insights into the entire travel ecosystem, which makes them a perfect fit as a Traxo investor and commercial partner.

“And, we are thrilled and honored to welcome ARC VP and COO Lauri Reishus to our board, as she is a longtime respected veteran of the industry who brings incredibly deep domain experience. We are fortunate to have her by our side as we scale our business to meet the needs of the critical stakeholders in the corporate travel industry.”
