ARC Revamps Leadership to Advance Company Transformation

Industry Leadership in New Distribution Solutions are Among Priorities

ARLINGTON, Va. – October 9, 2018 – Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) announced that it has changed the focus of, and added to, key leadership positions to accelerate the company’s transformation into a premier performance-based and customer-centric brand in air distribution services. These changes underscore ARC’s commitment to support close engagement with the travel industry and to continue to innovate and provide flexible distribution options based on advanced technology and business practices. These positions report directly to ARC Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lauri Reishus.

“We acutely understand the many challenges our customers face in today’s rapidly changing business environment. New distribution models and different preferences within those models are but a sample of these changes,” said Reishus. “Redefining our key leadership better aligns ARC to remain flexible and keep supporting the short- and long-term goals of our customer agencies and airlines. Remaining innovative in an ever-changing industry is hard work for any company, yet the employees at ARC are energized and up for the challenge.”

Chuck Fischer brings more than 30 years of ARC experience to his new role as managing director of payment strategy and industry relations. Fischer will work closely with ARC’s largest airline customers to understand their payment and distribution strategies in order to develop new solutions. He will also oversee ARC’s relationship with key industry partners including IATA, ATPCO and UATP

Jeannine Hankinson, who has been with ARC for more than 20 years, will take on an expanded role as managing director of customer experience and operations. In her post, Hankinson will be responsible for all customer operations, including settlement disbursements and credit card operations as well as ARC’s enterprise customer experience.

After joining ARC more than three years ago, industry veteran John Pittman has been promoted to managing director of account management and sales, leading a team that will provide account management services and continue to build close relationships with the company’s airline and travel agency customers.

Steve Solomon joins ARC as the company’s managing director of marketing and corporate strategy. Solomon previously served as vice president of customer management and client services at Kastle Systems International. Solomon will play an integral role within ARC’s Leadership Team by helping to develop and implement corporate strategy and by directing day-to-day activities of the company’s marketing, product marketing, pricing, corporate communications and corporate strategy functions.

Rounding out the group, and as previously announced, Scott Gillespie fills the role of head of analytics leading ARC’s new product development and data science teams with the goal of growing ARC’s data-related products and services.
