Allianz Travel, Disney and Southwest Airlines Win 2020 Customer Service Award
PRESCOTT, Ariz., Feb. 4 — Allianz Travel, Disney, Royal Caribbean and Southwest Airlines are among the companies that have won top honors in the 2020 Elliott Readers’ Choice Customer Service Awards, an annual recognition of companies that offer outstanding customer support and service.
The award, now in its 15th year, is widely recognized as one of the premier customer service honors in America. For 2020, readers of Elliott Advocacy(https://www.elliott.org), a leading consumer advocacy site, nominated and voted for their favorite companies in 16 categories ranging from airlines to wireless service providers.
“Consumers want to know which companies will give them the best service,” says Christopher Elliott, founder of Elliott Advocacy. “That’s why we do this award.”
Elliott Advocacy is a nonprofit consumer advocacy site that empowers consumers to solve their problems and helps those who can’t.
