Alaskan Dream Cruises Now Open for 2026 Bookings

Alaska Native, family-owned expedition cruise line celebrates cultural tourism achievement

SITKA, Alaska —Sitka-based Alaskan Dream Cruises opened sales for its 2026 cruise season. Travelers can now research and book both 2025 and 2026 itineraries at AlaskanDreamCruises.com.

The 2026 season will feature Alaskan Dream Cruises’ signature small-ship voyages through Southeast Alaska’s Inside Passage, offering guests intimate access to Alaska Native culture, remote communities, wilderness areas and abundant wildlife.

With four vessels in the fleet carrying 40 to 80 passengers, Alaskan Dream Cruises will host 102 public sailings with seven different sailing options. The itineraries range from five to eight nights for 2025 and into 2026. Itineraries available include:

  • Five-night North to True Alaska: Crafted as a celebration of Alaskan Dream Cruises’ 10-year anniversary in 2021, this itinerary travels between Sitka and Juneau. Guests experience Alaska’s famous wildlife, pristine wilderness bays and rainforest, kayak and skiff adventures, stunning Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve and three of the Inside Passage’s most historical and charming towns—Sitka, Skagway and Juneau. The itinerary is carefully outlined in a way that is unhurried, and there are multiple opportunities for unscripted discovery and adventure. From $3,895, this itinerary is available on nine departures from May to July 2025 and four departures from June to July 2026.
  • Seven-night Last Frontier Adventure: This popular cruise features daily adventures like hiking rainforest trails, kayaking in a protected bay, exploration of Baranof Island’s “Waterfall Coast” and more. Sailing one way between Sitka and Juneau, guests also visit Frederick Sound for humpback whale viewing and Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. From $5,095, this itinerary is available on 14 departures from May to September 2025 and eight departures from May to August 2026.
  • Seven-night Alaska’s Glacier Bay and Island Adventure: This cruise features premier wildlife viewing, remote wilderness exploration in Thomas Bay, a full day in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, excursions in the small fishing village of Pelican and time in historic Wrangell. From $6,095, this cruise is available on 12 departures from May to September 2025 and 12 departures from May to September 2026.
  • Seven-night Alaska’s Ultimate Adventure: New to the 2025 lineup, and the most adventurous itinerary yet, this cruise takes travelers on an unforgettable journey between Alaskan Dream Cruises’ home port in Sitka and Alaska’s capital, Juneau. Along the way, guests explore the remote waters of Chatham Strait, Frederick Sound, Lynn Canal and other hidden gems of the Inside Passage. Along with several opportunities for wildlife viewing, activity options include everything from more demanding hikes in the Tongass National Forest and longer kayaking tours than on other itineraries. From $5,295, the itinerary is available on two 2025 sailings in August and September and four 2026 sailings from May to September.
  • Seven-night Wild Alaska Odyssey: Also new to the 2025 lineup, this one-of-a-kind itinerary takes guests between the small town of Wrangell and Alaskan Dream Cruises’ headquarters in Sitka. Though Wrangell receives flights from Alaska Airlines, it is a lesser visited Inside Passage community, as is the Alaska Native village of Kake, another port of call on this itinerary. The adventure continues in Glacier Bay National Park, the Tracy Arm-Fords Terror Wilderness and other wilderness areas, where guests can hike, kayak and explore other remote locations. From $5,695, this expedition is available on four June and August 2025 departure dates and four June and August 2026 departures.
  • Eight-night Ice of the Inside Passage: First launched in 2024, this cruise takes guests to get an up-close view of more than five different glaciers, including stops at Margerie, Grand Pacific, Sawyer, South Sawyer and Dawes glaciers. Cruisers also have a chance to see the Lamplugh, Reid, Herbert, Eagle and Sumdum glaciers from a distance while traversing the Inside Passage between Sitka and Juneau. From $6,395, this itinerary is available on seven departures from May to September 2025 and seven departures from May to August 2026.
  • Eight-night Alaska’s Inside Passage Sojourn: This extended itinerary allows passengers to explore Southeast Alaska from its northern end in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve to its southern end in Metlakatla. It calls on a unique collection of rarely visited towns and Alaska Native villages where guests experience three Southeast Alaska Indigenous cultures — Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian. From $5,995, the itinerary is available on eight sailings from May to September 2025 and seven sailings from May to September 2026.

Cruise fares are per person based on double occupancy and include accommodations on the ship, all meals during the sailing, scheduled shore excursions, airport transfers, use of recreational equipment, a complimentary glass of wine or beer with dinner and exceptional onboard services. All alcoholic beverages are included with Deluxe, Vista View and Suite bookings.

Following the company’s recent recognition as the winner of the Alaska Travel Industry Association’s inaugural Cultural Tourism Award in 2024, Alaskan Dream Cruises continues to set the standard for showcasing the cultural and natural beauty of Southeast Alaska.

This prestigious award was presented to sister companies, Allen Marine and Alaskan Dream Cruises, in honor of their contribution to the development of cultural tourism in Alaska. For decades, these organizations have provided travelers with authentic and meaningful small expedition adventures through the Inside Passage. The company prides itself on ensuring that each guest can witness the region through the lens of residents and learn more about Indigenous cultures.

With over 50 years of experience in the region, Alaskan Dream Cruises is uniquely qualified to deliver an immersive, culturally focused vacation. Owned and operated by an Alaskan family with Alaska Native heritage, Alaskan Dream Cruises develops itineraries and experiences for guests based on the family’s relationships in local communities, favorite destinations and personal experiences. Onboard naturalists share the biology, geography and ecology of the Inside Passage. They are also well versed in the lifestyle, legends and practices of Southeast Alaska’s Indigenous cultures. Additionally, Alaskan Dream Cruises’ chefs highlight local ingredients on the menus each day including wild Alaska seafood such as crab, halibut, shrimp and salmon, while the ships’ lounges also include Alaska beers and spirits.
