Dream Vacations travel agency franchise owners recently met in the iconic “Music City” – Nashville, Tennessee, for one of the network’s regular regional training summits. In Nashville, over 150 franchisees joined members of the Dream Vacations corporate team and representatives from key industry travel partners to learn, network and grow their travel business.

The Nashville event follows other recent regional summits that have brought the Dream Vacations community together throughout this year, each focusing on keeping up with this ever-changing industry and ensuring that the travel community can meet and share best practices. In June, Dream Vacations hosted a regional training in Boston, Massachusetts – prior to that, past regional summit locations in 2024 have taken place all over the United States, including in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, San Diego, California, and Galveston, Texas.

A different slate of locations is selected each year, allowing franchisees from around the country the opportunity to attend a regional summit near them. In addition, an annual virtual regional is held, providing the same crucial information as each in-person event, but in a method that allows the network to join from anywhere in the world.

With the Dream Vacations community recently growing to more than 2,000 franchise owners, each regional summit offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow travel professionals. At every event, Dream Vacations franchisees enjoy a memorable and productive time together, learning from the strengths of the wider network.

Alongside the Dream Vacations travel agent community, representatives from a wide variety of industry suppliers are represented at each regional summit – with notable brands at the Nashville event including Carnival Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Sandals Resorts, Disney Destinations, and more. Plus, Dream Vacations corporate leadership and team members join the event to provide insider insight and the caring support that the Dream Vacations franchise family is known for.

In Nashville, the Dream Vacations community of franchisees, corporate staff, and suppliers took in the sights and – most importantly – the sounds of this iconic city. Whether deciding to explore the heart of the country music industry on Nashville’s Broadway, attending a group outing to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, or trying their hand at line dancing lessons, this regional summit was an amazing opportunity for the Dream Vacations family to make memories together!

If you want to be part of the Dream Vacations community – and join us at the next regional summit in your area – let this be your opportunity to learn more about this incredible adventure. This is your time to thrive!
