1000MTG launches next-gen Advisor Hub with AI- powered search

1000 Mile Travel Group has launched the next generation of its global Advisor Hub, introducing AI-powered search to give its independent travel advisors across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom greater access to the information, tools and support they need to run and grow their businesses.

Built in Mighty Networks, the new Hub brings 1000MTG’s global advisor resources and communities into a single platform, with AI-powered search enabling advisors to quickly find relevant information across its growing library.

The Hub provides access to:

  • AI-powered search across the entire platform
  • Business, marketing, and technology resources
  • Education, training and professional development
  • Supplier and industry information
  • Live events, FAMs and event replays
  • Regional communities and chat groups
  • Company news, opportunities and updates
  • A global network to connect and share knowledge with other travel professionals

Designed to be more than a repository of information, the Hub provides a dedicated space for advisors to exchange knowledge, ask questions, celebrate successes and build connections across the network, so they can work independently without working alone.

“The challenge for a global advisor network isn’t simply having resources available; it’s making them easy to find and use. Independent advisors are running their own businesses, so their time is valuable. The Hub brings our resources, expertise, and community together in one place, with AI-powered search making it significantly easier to find what they need,” said Mahala Summers, 1000MTG Global Head of Marketing.

The new platform is part of 1000MTG’s focus on improving the technology and infrastructure available to independent travel advisors, supporting them at different stages of their business journey, from developing their client base to growing an established travel business.

“Experienced advisors don’t need someone to teach them how to sell travel. They need the right environment, technology and support to build on what they already know,” said Summers.

The Hub will continue to evolve, with additional education, resources, events, and community initiatives being introduced as the platform develops. It’s now available to 1000MTG advisors across Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom via desktop and tablet, as well as through a branded mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
